Zeke’s Cafe is named after Ezekiel Baird Darnell the grandson of our project founders Sandy and Karen Baird and the son of Daniel and Ava Darnell longtime supporters of Acacia Tree Lodge and the Kibera projects our lodge supports through New Hope Initiative.

Zeke is a child of both Africa and the United States and loves it so much here in Kenya. Zeke is the perfect symbol of our mission to love all of the children of the world. Thank you for supporting that mission by staying at Acacia Tree lodge karen.
